How does the SmartLeads program work?

These consumers will read your specially created content, search your listings information and register in your IDX package to access your value-added services, resulting in the highest lead conversion rates available. Periodic reports allow you and your SmartLeads consultant to tweak your campaign(s) for even higher conversion rates.

The lower your click rates, the more leads you can "buy" with your budget. To get the biggest "bang for your buck," you need to commit at least $1,000 per month to your SmartLeads advertising budget. Face it, if you’re in business, you better be advertising. If you are presently spending your advertising dollars on print advertising, we recommend shifting those dollars to online marketing. Why do you recommend a three month minimum?
It takes some time to perfect your campaign(s) to attract the best leads for you and your business model. Three months’ experience with a campaign provides the statistics necessary to optimize a campaign. Optimal campaigns bring more leads for the same dollars.

Can I run my own campaign(s)?
We will explain every step to you in your SmartLeads campaign. At the end of your first 30-day campaign, you will know the basics of how a SmartLeads campaign works, and you can take over the account(s) that we create for you with the search engine(s), if you want. If you’d rather focus on real estate, let us continue to run your campaign(s) and you just work with the leads as they land in your registered guest database.

If you do intend to run your own campaign(s), we highly recommend that you let us run the campaign(s) for the first three months so you qualify for a bonus quarterly report with the statistical analytics that will help you tweak the campaign(s) for even higher future success.

What if I get too busy or want to go on vacation? What happens to my leads?
Our SmartLeads program is designed to be flexible. Need more leads fast? We can shift your budget to bring more immediate leads. Catch a cold or want to go on vacation? Your campaign(s) can be paused for whatever period you specify.

Am I limited to certain geographic areas for leads?
No! Unlike the third party lead generation companies, you are not limited to a certain area because we sold all the other areas to other clients. You might choose to run a campaign for a particular area, but you choose where and you are free to choose other areas in addition to or instead of your original area(s), as you and your SmartLeads consultant decide together as your campaign(s) progress(es).

Which search engines do you use with SmartLeads?
We favor Google because we think they far and away have search engine consumers figured out and Google excels with solutions for bringing those consumers together with website owners. More importantly, Google has 50% of the total search engine market, so ads placed on Google are getting in front of more "eyeballs." Google also has a strong network of content partners, including AOL, Netscape, Ask.com, About.com, HGTV, nytimes.com, as well as others, who distribute Google ads. Your Google ad can also appear on gmail, Google’s email service, when a user’s email message uses your keyword(s) or key phrase(s) in the body of his or her email message.

Yahoo! has about 30% of the search engine market. If you spend more than $1000.00 per month in your SmartLeads account, recommend adding Yahoo! campaign(s) to get in front of more of the search engine market.
